Here is my January Birch Box Review:
Juicy Couture | Viva La Juicy
Fragrance is always difficult to analyze because everyone’s sense of smell is different. I would classify this fragrance in the Floral family with impressions of Orange Flower. The edible smell of vanilla was stood out on my skin, which gave a creamy like smell when first sprayed. This fragrance didn’t last too long on my skin (within an hour the scent disappeared).
theBalm cosmetics | Put a Lid On It Eyelid Primer
Eye primers work differently on each person; if your skin is oily look for products that list Talc on top, if your skin is dry look for silicones listed on top. This rule of thumb will help you determine quickly if the primer is right for you. (other than just trying it) This particular eyelid primer is fitted best for oily skin, since the Talc will adsorb most of the oil. Also note that there are silicones and wax listed which give a smooth like application.
I really love this eye primer; there is a definite difference in appearance when you put it on before your eye shadow. Also it makes the pigment stand out more and it keeps the shadow in place. My lids are very oily and by the end of the day I have a crease built up. With this product, that never occurred and my makeup lasted all day!
In the pictures below, you can see that the right eye has more of a pop to it.
